I was born in Dayton Ohio & raised in Richmond Indiana.  I have 4 siblings, 1 brother & 3 sisters.  I left home at age 21 to go to college for Nursing & met the love of my life, Dwight.  We were married in Eau Claire Michigan.  I was raised a Catholic, but after studing the Bible with a neighbor family I gave my heart to Jesus.  God gave us two boys, Josh & Jonathan.  I stayed home with our kids as much as I could.  I worked in nursing part time & later full time when they were older.

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT MOUNTAIN SPRINGS?

They are smart, loving and professional. I love working for the Parker family they all work hard and care about each of us and all our residents. it is truly the best job I ever had.

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT MOUNTAIN SPRINGS?

We have the best facility in the Inland Northwest and I love to serve our elderly population. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, dignified, and compassionate environment for residents in their most delicate stage of life. I believe that elder care is not just about providing services—it’s about honoring stories, supporting families, and making sure every person feels seen and

valued.

I am 20 years old. I was born in Walla Walla Washington and moved here when I was 6 and never left. I truly love being outside.  In my free time I enjoy hunting, fishing, and riding my horse.  I have 17 animals: 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 ducks, 5 chickens, 3 bunnies, and 2 horses that I love very much.  They are my life! I have an amazing family,  they are very supportive, and loving.  I'm blessed to work doing something I love with people and residents that care for me just as much as I care for them.

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT MOUNTAIN SPRINGS?

I love everything about Mountain Springs, the amazing owners who are truly the most caring, sweet and hard working people...  I enjoy feeling like I'm part of this huge loving family!  I'm blessed to work here with these people and with such amazing residents.

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT MOUNTAIN SPRINGS?

I love our residents and I love our staff, and the Parker family!

I feel like we are a large family and it feels good to be part of.  What I find the most valuable about my job here is having the priviledge of sharing the last stages of life with my residents.

I'm 21 almost 22.  I was born in Oregan, but have lived in Idaho all my life. I am the baby of the famiy.  The youngest of three in my biological family and the youngest of seven in my adoptive family.  My favorite things to do is read books or listen to music, espcially k-pop music and the k-pop group Stray Kids.  I stopped in junior year to focus on my studies, and SAT year. Covid hit my junior year and we went hybrid that year.  I was on the honor roll my entire time at high school, graduating with a 3.5 GPA.  I wanted to go to college, but didn't have the means at the time to do so.  A year out of high swchool I went into the healthcare field as a nursing assistant & have been one for a little over two years.

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT MOUNTAIN SPRINGS?

I love how active they keep the residents.  The last place I worked at, they would have activities every couple of days or only certain halls.  And the layout is so cosy, it doesn't look like an assisted living, it feels like a vacation place that people can feel comfortable at.
