Nestled on 5 private county acres, our future community at Mountain Springs Assisted Living has been carefully designed to take advantage of the breathtaking mountain views and peaceful country setting.
We are currently in the process of enhancing our Mountain Springs community with a Gazebo, paved walking paths, raised gardens, waterfalls, and fishponds featuring koi fish.
Phase I - Now Open
Our newly remodeled center consists of over 6,000 sq.ft. and is licensed for 16 beds, forming a key part of our Mountain Springs community services.
Phase II - Sunset Blvd is open
Our 8-room Hospice Unit (Sunset Blvd) is now open. We will soon break ground on our second phase, which will include an 8-bed Memory Care Unit (Memory Lane), further enriching our offerings at the Mountain Springs Assisted Living facility.
Phase III - Opening fall 2026
We will complete our new community with the third phase, which will include 7 duplex cottages with 1-2 bedrooms and a 1-car garage, enhancing the living experience at our Mountain Springs community.
